Low-temperature Processing Keeps Chicken Fresh & Juicy

After being raised organically on the farm, the chickens are sent to the slaughter house, and then delivered to the Abadi Ayam processing plant at low temperature for professional processes such as sanitary treatment, cutting and packaging. The entire process is subject to strict hygiene and freshness monitoring.

The processing plant is set at a low temperature of 10 to 12 degrees. After processing and packaging, Coconut Chicken is quickly stored at minus 21 degree in the frozen storage room. The truck that delivers Coconut Chicken to the market every day is equipped with a freezing device which keeps Coconut Chicken at minus 18 degree in the transportation process.

Our entire process is different from other ordinary slaughter to general packaging processes, the operations of which tend to destroy the freshness of the chicken. Moreover, the use of ordinary temperature tends to ruin the freshness of the chicken, significantly depleting their nutritional value.

From the chicken slaughter house to the market shelf, we have implemented strict low-temperature and frozen preservation measures to ensure that the meat quality of our Coconut Chicken remains tender and juicy throughout, so that consumers can buy fresh and nutritious Coconut Chicken every day.

FDA Certified Quality Plastic & Vacuum Packaging Technology True Hygiene & Freshness Guaranteed

Abadi Ayam adopts the US Food and Drug Administration’s FDA packaging system for its organic Coconut Chicken. They are packed in food-grade plastic bags, and vacuum technology is used for hygienically sealed packaging to guarantee freshness.

Vacuum packaging offers 3 distinct benefits:
- It inhibits meat deterioration due to exposure to the air;

- It locks up the original nutrients in Coconut Chicken;

- It ensures that meat quality is preserved for a long time.
